Avigail is an in-network provider for the following insurance companies: Aetna US Healthcare-WA CAM Healthways WholeHealth Practitioners CIGNA Health Care Premera Blue Cross Reliant Secure Horizons Uniform Medical Plan –Cov PIP/Auto Injury If your insurance does not cover acupuncture, payment is due at the time of visit. A discount is offered at the time of service. The time of service discount is $85 for the first office call and $65 for return visits. 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. The $65 fee is charged for late cancellations and no-shows.
